Rakesh is the Chief Revenue Officer at ResultsCX overseeing Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Operations teams. He focuses on helping our clients leverage innovative CX solutions to strengthen their sales and operations. As the CRO, Rakesh is responsible for driving new business performance and strategic sales initiatives to move the company forward every day.
A seasoned leader with over 30 years of P&L, executive, and sales management experience across North America, EMEA, and the Asia-Pacific, he has implemented large digital transformation initiatives across IT and BPO/BPM – driving profitability and growth. Prior to joining Results CX, Rakesh was the Segment Leader for Genpact’s Insurance and Healthcare business. Previously, he held several leadership positions across global organizations, including Optum, DXC, and IBM.
A lifelong learner, Rakesh is currently pursuing a PhD from Rutgers University where he is exploring the 'Impact of CX on Sustainable Competitive Advantage for Organizations.'
