Martin is a commercially focused and creative leader who has held a variety of senior and executive committee roles during his career at Lloyds Banking Group, where he was responsible for leading the Banks PPI response and its complaints division. As Managing Director of Connect, a Lloyds Banking Group company, he led all contact centre operations and back-end processing encompassing 7,500 people in over 11 locations, connecting with customers across multiple channels.
In his role as Lloyds Bank’s Group Ambassador for the Midlands, Martin helped businesses in the region to prosper. He has also been a non-executive director of Motability Operations, the company responsible for delivering the Motability scheme to over 600,000 disabled people.
Drawing on his expertise in regulated industry, contact centres, complaints and remediation, Martin joined Huntswood in 2019 to guide the company through its next phase of growth. Along with his team, Martin enhanced the company’s presence in the market by developing its unique partnership approach and through acquisition, with the purchase of Customer Experience People in 2021. Now part of the ResultsCX family, Martin forms part of the ResultsCX Leadership Team as he continues to lead Huntswood as its Chief Executive Officer.
Outside of work, Martin is an Aston Villa season ticket holder who enjoys spending his free time playing golf and watching football, cricket, horse racing and golf.
