ResultsCX operates four sites in Pasig – Q Plaza, Silver City, Alaska, and Alaskaland. Part of the metropolitan area of Manila, the country’s capital, Pasig is only a 30-minute drive from Ninoy Aquino International airport. Our easily accessible sites are surrounded by offices, eateries, upscale housing, and mall complexes. We also offer two other sites in Philippines – one in Mactan Newtown island, Cebu and the other in Lipa, Batangas.

Alaskaland - A majority of the site's senior managers and operations managers are internal candidates.
Alaska – 66% of senior managers and 82% of operations managers have been promoted internally.
Newton - 75% of the site management team has been promoted from within.
Silver City – 90% of specialty and leadership roles are filled by internal candidates, produced by a facility mentoring program that provides continuous career development.
Q Plaza – Internal promotion is highly valued – many specialists have been with the company since the site opened in 2012.
Our cross-skilling and flex advocate models enable increased call-handling capabilities to support Media, Entertainment & Communications, including cable and streaming, as well as rapid ramp up and ramp down.
