Immigrating to the US in her childhood, she developed resilience and a passion for advocating for the vulnerable. Olga focuses on enhancing healthcare experiences for Medicare Advantage and Marketplace Plan Members. She implemented a customer-persona based training strategy, an AI-assist solution for agent support, and utilized speech analytics to improve customer satisfaction. Recognized for her leadership and industry impact, Olga received the 2023 Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year.

Jen is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience in strategic financial management, forecasting, and analysis. As the SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at ResultsCX, Jen brings a wealth of expertise in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Jen prides herself on building cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with broader organizational goals, and her hands-on approach has consistently optimized processes, resulting in improved efficiency and profitability.
As the Senior Corporate Counsel, Tracy leads the Legal Department at ResultsCX, providing legal advice and counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal standards. She manages all stages of contract, risk management, compliance, regulatory and employment related issues and litigation.
Tracy brings nearly 20 years of legal experience in handling legal analysis, litigation management, risk management, vendor oversight, and evaluation of exposure in complex legal and business matters.
Becky joined ResultsCX in 2017. She is currently Senior Vice President, Client Solutions, responsible for building integrated go-to-market strategy for business development and serving as the senior point of contact for all clients.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Raji runs worldwide marketing, including product marketing, branding, advertising, events, media, and communications. She is laser focused on advancing our growth strategy – increasing our brand visibility in the marketplace and strengthening our brand influence on client engagements.
With nearly 25 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, Raji has won several industry awards, including 100 Most Innovative Martech Leaders (2018) and Women Leadership Award (2017).
Bella currently serves as the Internal Communications Specialist, supporting the company’s global internal communications efforts. From managing the editorial calendar to developing strategies for internal campaigns, she is passionate about enhancing the employee experience and aligning messaging with corporate values to achieve strategic communication goals.
Committed to empowering women in both their professional and personal journeys, Bella also serves as a Co-Champion for the R.E.A.L. Women initiative. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for women across the organization.

As the Director of People Solutions, Laura oversees global efforts related to company culture, leadership development, LMS operations, performance, and employee communications.
