Accelerating our ESG strategy

At ResultsCX, we believe that building a better tomorrow starts with doing better today. We strive to imbue sustainability into every facet of our business – from reducing our environmental footprint to building inclusive workspaces to improving our communities.

We follow this up with strong governance, continuously monitoring and analyzing our efforts to improve our performance and ensure that we deliver tangible impact to every customer, community, and country we operate in.

Environmental: Driving resource efficiency

As a responsible corporate citizen, we are committed to operating in compliance with all local, national, and international laws and regulations governing environmental protection and stewardship – while aligning our operations with ISO 26000 standards.

Our sustainability strategy revolves around identifying opportunities to minimize our environmental impact through eco-friendly business operations. From reducing greenhouse gases and minimizing consumption to implementing pollution prevention initiatives and partnering with vendors aligned with our environmental goals and standards, we are constantly looking for ways to do better.

Environmental-Driving-Resource-Efficiency

Our impact

Retrofitting all existing contact center facilities with LED lighting, where possible, while all new facilities utilize only LED to reduce electrical consumption by 80%.
LED lighting
Preventative maintenance of all HVAC units to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs of base building infrastructure, and extend life of equipment.
Preventative maintenance
Installation of energy efficient products such as Energy Star Certified refrigerators, microwaves, and beverage stations to reduce our environmental footprint.
Energy-Saving equipment
Partnering with local or national recycling companies to minimize landfill waste.
Furniture and equipment recycling
Installation of mechanical equipment that do not use CFC-based refrigerants in heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems at our new facilities.

Social: Advancing equity, inclusivity, and employee wellbeing

Advancing-Equity-Inclusivity
Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Offered free of charge to our employees and their loved ones, the program provides access to services such as Mental Health Resources, Attorney Consultation, Money Coach, and Family Care.
On-demand learning: On-demand learning opportunities are available – for both personal and professional development – in a learning style that best fits everyone. Learning areas include Well-Being Exercises, Personal and Business Financial Management, Conflict Resolution, Decision Making, Creativity/Innovation, Ownership/Accountability, Servant Leadership, and Growth Mindset.
Diversity & inclusion learning resources: Several initiatives and training programs aim to foster an open environment and dialogue on D&I, helping create a safe space where everyone can bring diverse talents, thoughts, and perspectives to work every day.
Lunch & learn sessions: Monthly sessions immerse our leaders in our core values, learning initiatives, and diversity & inclusion topics, creating an open space for learning and strengthening their leadership muscles. Personal development sessions include mental wellness, staying healthy, and resilience.
Modern payroll strategy: Through a personal financial program, employees can register for and access their paycheck – on demand. Currently, 68% of our US employees are enrolled in this program.
Flexi work: For certain clients, employees can obtain approval to work from home or choose flexible work, improving work-life balance and employee satisfaction. Currently, 54% of our frontline agents take advantage of this.
Diversity celebration: As a global company, we are proud of our diverse employee base, honoring their varied cultural backgrounds and holidays through internal and external campaigns and celebratory events, including Black History Month, Women's History Month, and Pride Month.
Community and diversity sourcing: As an innovative CX company, we understand that a diverse workforce is critical to designing new and impactful solutions for our clients. Job postings go on more than 600 locally focused employment and diversity websites of local organizations such as state workforce offices, universities, diversity organizations, and veteran groups.

Our ESG governance framework defines the structure, policies, roles, and responsibilities across the organization – promoting collaboration in identifying opportunities and advancing our goals.
  • Underpinned by our Enterprise Risk Management, Code of Conduct, Ethics, and Compliance policies, the framework guides various bodies such as the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee in formulating strategy and business continuity plans, mitigating risks, and boosting security.
  • Internal and external audits, coupled with reporting, offer transparency and insights into how we deliver long term stakeholder value, while caring for our people and planet.

In the spotlight

1_Philippines

The PinasSaya Sports Fest brought our teams across the Philippines together for a day of fun, connection, and healthy competition. Centered around promoting health and well-being, the event encouraged everyone to stay active while enjoying the spirit of camaraderie and teamwork.

2_Bulgaria

The Bulgaria team championed both Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Men’s Health Month, highlighting the importance of preventive care and healthy habits. Their efforts helped promote greater awareness of key health issues and inspired others to take charge of their personal well-being.

3_Paris

Reminiscing about their own school days, the Paris team gave back to local schools by donating snacks, water, and school supplies. These thoughtful contributions support the emotional and intellectual growth of children and help nurture the future leaders of the community.

Our Newtown colleagues recently visited the Albert Schweitzer Familienwerk Foundation Philippines, Inc. (Children's Haven-Orphanage), where they donated blankets, fans, paint, and most importantly their time.

Our Martinsville and Palestine teams showed their giving hearts to children in need by donating toys as holiday gifts to Toys ForTots.

Recently, colleagues at the Newtown, Philippines site visited a local barangay (village) and donated water, non-perishable food, clothing, and toys.

As part of the CAHPS Program Initiative, our Philippines team visited a local non-profit, Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children's Home Inc. and donated much-needed supplies including non-perishable food, medicine, books, toys, and clothes to the home.

Employees at our Martinsville location partnered with Greater Power Deliverance Outreach Ministry, a local non-profit organization. The team donated much-needed school supplies and served popcorn and cotton candy.

Fight-for-Air

For the second year in a row, our team in Pennsylvania climbed 50 floors (1088 steps!) in the Fight 4 Air Climb for the American Lung Association. Each participating team had to raise $1,000, with at least $100 per team member. The group raised $1,980, almost doubling their fundraising target!
