At R.E.A.L., we believe in harnessing the collective strength and potential of women to create a supportive community where skills are honed, voices are amplified, and dreams are realized. Through a blend of resources, mentorship, and shared experiences, we strive to empower our 11,000+ members to reach their fullest potential and become influential leaders in their personal and professional lives.
Founded in 2022, R.E.A.L. Women launched a spate of empowering programs, including periodic member meetings, learning opportunities, webinars, mentoring programs, and a ‘member only’ communication channel – all of which already enjoy high levels of participation. We are proud to receive the prestigious 2023 Silver Stevie for ‘Achievement in Developing and Promoting Women’ – a testament to our commitment to scaling the high impact program.
Led by Sue Watts, president of Sapience Analytics and independent consultant to ResultsCX, the Women Leadership Development program offers selected participants monthly meetings to enhance executive skills and contribute to our diverse leadership landscape. Now entering its third season, the cohort has an equal representation of men and women, reflecting our commitment to empowering women to assume leadership roles within ResultsCX.
In recognition of the outstanding talent among women at ResultsCX, we have introduced the R.E.A.L Women Awards. These annual awards provide a platform for women to gather and celebrate their remarkable contributions and individuality, and to honor their achievements.

Becky Watkins, Senior Vice President at ResultsCX, leads Client Solutions with over 30 years in the BPO industry, including a decade in healthcare outsourcing. She fosters empathetic connections between agents and clients, enhancing service through strategic technology use. Becky developed the PEARL training model, transforming agents into healthcare advocates, and led a CMS Task Force to improve care quality through analytics. Her focus on empathy and CMS Stars standards has significantly improved client outcomes. Her transformative approach in Managed Medicare and Health Plan Member Support services earned her the 2022 Silver Stevie Award for Women in Business.
Olga Golovin, Vice President of Client Solutions, has a 23-year career in Business Process Outsourcing, starting as a phone agent in 2000 and now leading a $200 million portfolio. Immigrating to the US in her childhood, she developed resilience and a passion for advocating for the vulnerable. Olga focuses on enhancing healthcare experiences for Medicare Advantage and Marketplace Plan Members. She implemented a customer-persona based training strategy, an AI-assist solution for agent support, and utilized speech analytics to improve customer satisfaction. Recognized for her leadership and industry impact, Olga received the 2023 Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year.

Jen is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience in strategic financial management, forecasting, and analysis. As the SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at ResultsCX, Jen brings a wealth of expertise in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Jen prides herself on building cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with broader organizational goals, and her hands-on approach has consistently optimized processes, resulting in improved efficiency and profitability.
As the Senior Corporate Counsel, Tracy leads the Legal Department at ResultsCX, providing legal advice and counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal standards. She manages all stages of contract, risk management, compliance, regulatory and employment related issues and litigation.
Tracy brings nearly 20 years of legal experience in handling legal analysis, litigation management, risk management, vendor oversight, and evaluation of exposure in complex legal and business matters.
Becky joined ResultsCX in 2017. She is currently Senior Vice President, Client Solutions, responsible for building integrated go-to-market strategy for business development and serving as the senior point of contact for all clients.
Becky brings over 30 years of experience in the BPO industry, including 10 years dedicated to healthcare solutioning and outsourcing.
Becky is well known for fostering empathetic human connections between our high performing agent teams, our clients, and their customers.
As the Chief Marketing Officer, Raji runs worldwide marketing, including product marketing, branding, advertising, events, media, and communications. She is laser focused on advancing our growth strategy – increasing our brand visibility in the marketplace and strengthening our brand influence on client engagements.
With nearly 25 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, Raji has won several industry awards, including 100 Most Innovative Martech Leaders (2018) and Women Leadership Award (2017).
Anna currently serves as the HR Director for ResultsCX in Honduras. With a rich background in the outsourcing/offshoring industry, Anna’s expertise lies in Innovation Development, Teamwork, Human Resources, Teaching, and Strategic Vision.
As the Co-champion for R.E.A.L Women, Anna passionately contributes to fostering an inclusive workplace, exemplifying her commitment to empowering women within the organization.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd)with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration and MSc in Human Resources.
As the Director of People Solutions, Laura oversees global efforts related to company culture, leadership development, LMS operations, performance, and employee communications.
Laura joined ResultsCX in June 2007 and served in various operational roles before transitioning to her current role in 2020. Laura is passionate about supporting employee growth and development and helping individuals achieve their fullest potential.
