ResultsCX, a leading provider of transformational CXM (Customer Experience Management) services to global brands, including Fortune 100 and 500 firms, announced the expansion of its Irish Operation. This expansion has paved the way for the creation of up to 150 sales roles within the Fintech sector under the ResultsCX Ireland division.

Known for providing services to several Fortune 500 companies, ResultsCX expanded into Europe in August 2023 with the acquisition of Irish CXM company, Zevas Communications. Since then, it has experienced increased demand for its customer support services, catering to banking, financial services, insurance, and fast-growth technology businesses across European markets.

The Irish division, formerly known as Zevas Communications, is the second most recent acquisition by ResultsCX. Last month, the company acquired Huntswood, a specialist business services company, serving the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance and Utilities industries, with over 4,000 colleagues across centres of excellence in Glasgow and Reading in the UK and Durban and Cape Town in South Africa.
