Our facilities

Norristown, PA location

Our Norristown facility is home to ResultsCX’s largest population of licensed agents. The team is known for its competitiveness, extensive healthcare knowledge, and especially for having fun! The facility specializes in offering a wide variety of healthcare programs to its staff.

Jacksonville, NC location

Highlights of our Jacksonville facility include generous office spaces and large employee break areas, with kitchen and lockers for personal storage. The site gives back to our community by partnering with local schools, family development centers, and local charities.

Lakeland, FL location

The Lakeland facility fosters a vibrant employee environment with a busy calendar of monthly events, themed spirit weeks, daily contests, and community outreach activities. With its adopted team name – Lakeland Avengers – the management takes a people-first approach with its motto, “We don’t ride the train. We lay the tracks!

Martinsville, VA location

ResultsCX Martinsville has secure, branded work areas where agents are immersed in their clients’ culture and values. Protected by 24/7 security, it features modern, open spaces, an internet cafe, a large break room, and a lounge for relaxing.

Paris, TX location

ResultsCX Paris is an 'Employer of Choice' in the community, attracting top notch local talent. The site features generous office spaces, large employee break areas with kitchen and lockers for personal storage, a secured entrance for employee entry, and ample employee parking.

Martinsville, VA - 100% of supervisors and 75% of managers have been promoted from within.

Corpus Christi, TX - 85% of managers and 100% of supervisors have been promoted internally.

St. Joseph, MI - 99% of the site’s management staff has been promoted internally.

Sebring, FL - Several members of the Sebring leadership team have been promoted to their positions from within the site, including operations managers, the human resources manager, and multiple supervisors.

Winter Haven, FL - Operations managers have an average tenure of seven years while operations supervisors have an average tenure of four and half years.

Training and cross skilling

Our cross-skilling and flex advocate models offer increased call-handling capabilities to support wide ranging clients, as well as rapid ramp up and ramp down.
