Hermosillo location

ResultsCX has operated in Hermosilio since 2009. Hermosillo agent teams work onsite and remotely from ResultsCX Home Office environments, providing a range of support to customers on behalf of some of the most recognizable Fortune 500 brands.

Monterrey

ResultsCX Monterrey opened in 2022 with a fully bilingual agent staff. With the Monterrey Technological Institute, one of the best ranked universities in Latin America, located near the contact center – Monterrey is an ideal location to source tech-savvy candidates. The site is protected by 24x7 security and employees have several convenient transportation options, including the metro, BRT, and buses.
