Rajesh Subramaniam is MD & CEO of ResultsCX, leading a team of 21,000+ people across 25+ global locations. As the highest-ranking executive, he sets the strategic direction of the company and focuses on driving sustainable growth for the business and its stakeholders.

Most recently, Rajesh headed Nexting Advisors, an entrepreneurial venture focused on developing deep technology CX solutions for global organizations. Previously, as MD & CEO of Firstsource Solutions, he played a pivotal role in charting a new course for the organization – driving strategic global initiatives and transforming it from a traditional BPO to a world-class BPM organization. Prior to that, he headed Walden International, the first Silicon Valley-based venture firm to establish a presence in India, and led investments in outsourcing firms Quattro BPO, CoOptions, and BankBazaar.com. He also served on the board of Mindtree Ltd.

Part of the Firstsource co-founding team, Rajesh believes in investing in people development and building a culture of high performance to achieve employee and customer excellence.

Sanjay Venkataraman, our Chief Operating Officer earlier served as the Chief Transformation Officer for ResultsCX. In his current role, Sanjay is responsible for managing global operations and harnessing technology to transform the operational landscape.

An industry veteran, Sanjay brings over three decades of experience across the PC, IT Services, and BPO industries. Over the course of his career, he has held several executive leadership positions, including Chief Revenue Officer of Big Tapp Analytics, President of Customer Management at Firstsource Solutions Ltd, CEO at Knowledge Dynamics, and Country Manager and Director at Dell India.

Adept at building and managing relationships, Sanjay is focused on building a customer and employee-centric organization.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Sanjeev is responsible for driving financial performance, providing strategic insights to the board and management team, partnering with the front end and senior leadership teams to drive the growth and transformation agenda, building a high-quality finance team that acts as a trusted advisor to the business, and developing deep relationships with external financial communities to facilitate corporate expansion.

Prior to joining ResultsCX, Sanjeev was CFO for the HiTech, Manufacturing and Services Vertical at Genpact, as well as CFO for Rightpoint, a Genpact subsidiary. Over the course of his 16-year career at Genpact, Sanjeev held several leadership positions including Global Commercial Leader and Global Head of Treasury and Pricing, as well as other roles in M&A, Internal Audit and FP&A.

Between his two innings at Genpact, Sanjeev was the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Air Works, an India based aviation services firm, where he helped the company grow manifold by executing several cross-border acquisitions and large multi-year service contracts with world leading aviation majors.

With over 24 years of experience managing large global finance and business development organizations, Sanjeev is very passionate about building high performance teams using formal and informal mentoring and coaching methods, as well as recruiting and shaping future business and finance leaders.

Jordan serves as the Chief Revenue Officer, spearheading the expansion of our organization's revenue streams and advancing our market strategies.

With a robust background as a seasoned executive, Jordan brings a wealth of leadership expertise gained from guiding top-tier teams in new business development, strategic account management, market strategy formulation, and solution development within the industry. Her career includes pivotal leadership roles at Sutherland Global Solutions and EXL, where she achieved significant milestones in delivering revenue growth, enhancing client retention, and leading transformative go-to-market initiatives.

Jordan's deep market knowledge and proven track record of success underscore her commitment to fostering growth and innovation within our industry.

Becky joined ResultsCX in 2017. She is currently Senior Vice President, Client Solutions, responsible for building integrated go-to-market strategy for business development and serving as the senior point of contact for all clients.

Becky brings over 30 years of experience in the BPO industry, including 10 years dedicated to healthcare solutioning and outsourcing. Prior to ResultsCX, she held several leadership roles, growing large global accounts, while improving customer satisfaction and bottom-line performance. As Vice President Healthcare Client Solutions at Alorica, she was responsible for driving strategic growth and client satisfaction for large Payer and PBM accounts. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Healthcare at Expert Global Solutions, where she was responsible for strategic account planning for Fortune 100 healthcare clients.

Becky is an Executive Sponsor for ResultsCX R.E.A.L. Women initiative. She is well known for fostering empathetic human connections between our high performing agent teams, our clients, and their end customers.

Martin is a commercially focused and creative leader who has held a variety of senior and executive committee roles during his career at Lloyds Banking Group, where he was responsible for leading the Banks PPI response and its complaints division.  As Managing Director of Connect, a Lloyds Banking Group company, he led all contact centre operations and back-end processing encompassing 7,500 people in over 11 locations, connecting with customers across multiple channels.

In his role as Lloyds Bank’s Group Ambassador for the Midlands, Martin helped businesses in the region to prosper. He has also been a non-executive director of Motability Operations, the company responsible for delivering the Motability scheme to over 600,000 disabled people.

Drawing on his expertise in regulated industry, contact centres, complaints and remediation, Martin joined Huntswood in 2019 to guide the company through its next phase of growth.  Along with his team, Martin enhanced the company’s presence in the market by developing its unique partnership approach and through acquisition, with the purchase of Customer Experience People in 2021.  Now part of the ResultsCX family, Martin forms part of the ResultsCX Leadership Team as he continues to lead Huntswood as its Chief Executive Officer.

Outside of work, Martin is an Aston Villa season ticket holder who enjoys spending his free time playing golf and watching football, cricket, horse racing and golf.

Sid oversees our business in Europe – a strategic market for ResultsCX. He works closely with FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and disruptive mid-market companies – helping them power next-gen customer experiences. Sid is also responsible for leading business expansion in the region – developing relationships with industry analysts, and establishing strategic engagements with clients and prospects.

Sid has more than 24 years of experience in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. Prior to ResultsCX, he held several leadership roles at Firstsource, playing a pivotal role in building a multi-million-dollar, multi-industry BPM practice the UK. Sid started his BPM career at GE Capital, where he led the Healthcare and Financial Services operations.

A people-leader, Sid is passionate about understanding client needs and expectations, working closely with teams to establish strategies and processes that deliver results.

As the first Chief Marketing Officer of ResultsCX, Raji runs worldwide marketing, including product marketing, branding, advertising, events, media, and communications. To advance our growth strategy, she focuses on increasing our brand visibility in the marketplace, and strengthening our brand influence on new and current client engagements.

With close to 25 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, Raji’s expertise spans corporate branding, public relations, social media marketing, and digital marketing. Before joining ResultsCX, Raji headed Marketing & Communications at Firstsource, where she oversaw global marketing and branding, as well as initiatives aimed at positioning the company as an employer of choice. In the past, Raji has held various marketing-related positions at leading companies, including Procter & Gamble, McCann Erickson, Ajuba Solutions, and TalentSprint.

Raji is an Executive Sponsor for ResultsCX R.E.A.L. Women initiative. A highly focused and dedicated leader, Raji has won several industry awards, including 100 Most Innovative Martech Leaders (2018), Women Leadership Award (2017), and Employer Branding Initiatives - NASSCOM (2008).

Mark leads our Human Resources team, empowering our global workforce of more than 23,000 employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As the Chief People Officer, he is tasked with transforming our HR function into an innovative, technology-driven organization that delivers meaningful solutions to people challenges.

Mark brings over 30 years of experience in BPO, Education, and Financial Services industries across six continents, spanning international HR strategy, M&A, and operations. Prior to joining ResultsCX in 2021, Mark held several executive leadership positions at leading companies, including Concentrix, Alorica, and ACS/Xerox Business Services. At ACS, in addition to supporting leadership development, he helped create a new multi-million-dollar business in Learning Outsourcing. Mark also served as a volunteer board member at Kinecta Federal Credit Union for nearly a decade.

As the Senior Corporate Counsel, Tracy leads the Legal Department at ResultsCX, providing legal advice and counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal standards. She manages all stages of contract, risk management, compliance, regulatory and employment related issues and litigation. Tracy is also an Executive Sponsor for ResultsCX R.E.A.L. Women initiative.

Tracy brings nearly 20 years of legal experience in handling legal analysis, litigation management, risk management, vendor oversight, and evaluation of exposure in complex legal and business matters. In her previous role, she served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal for Orangetheory Fitness, providing legal advice, counsel, strategy, and guidance on a multitude of legal and business matters.

Prior to holding in-house counsel roles, Tracy was a Litigation Attorney in Illinois and Florida for over 12 years, counseling and representing clients in matters involving contract, real estate, employment, professional responsibility, and commercial litigation. Additionally, she worked in the financial services industry, handling insurance-related and regulatory compliance matters.

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Del leads the charge on driving long-term success for the company, targeting opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and expansion. He facilitates operational excellence and long-term revenue growth through strategic partnerships, alliances, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Del assists in driving, monitoring, and measuring the success of our strategic initiatives and works in close collaboration with the rest of the senior leadership team at ResultsCX.

With 15 years of Finance & Accounting experience in the BPO industry, Del has spearheaded several public and private equity M&A deals, including several stellar acquisitions for ResultsCX that helped significantly expand operations and global footprint, particularly in Europe. He also played an integral role in the reverse merger of StarTek and Aegis in 2018. Prior to moving to Corporate Development, Del was VP of Finance and Treasury at ResultsCX, responsible for managing the global treasury department along with various key financing and accounting initiatives.

Ganesh Iyer is Chief Solutions Officer at ResultsCX. He formulates and leads the digital charter of the company’s globally dispersed business units – combining strong business understanding with execution skills, and strategic orientation, to develop products and solutions that enable superior experiences for our clients and their end customers.

Ganesh has three decades of experience in IT, BPO, and digital-first businesses – across startup, mid and large enterprise ecosystems. His expertise spans operations, sales, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. In his prior role at Symphony Ventures, Ganesh advised global clients on their digital transformation agendas, managed global delivery teams, and established centers of excellence. He also played a pivotal part in managing the firm’s sale to Sykes Inc. Ganesh’s career spans leadership stints at HCL Technologies, Cognizant, Firstsource, and eVentures.
