Golovin’s impactful leadership and commitment to advocacy, coupled with her expertise in technology integration, have helped her guide her team to enhance healthcare journeys and improve outcomes for Medicare Advantage and Marketplace Plan Members across the country.
Golovin led her team in transitioning to digital strategies that cater to diverse populations, using AI to support customers in selecting health plans and employing speech analytics to identify and remedy customer dissatisfaction. She has doubled the business portfolios of her clients in the last three years and has introduced best practices that led multiple plans to achieve 5-Star Ratings and access millions of dollars in CMS performance incentives.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide. More than 1,600 entries were submitted this year for consideration in 100+ categories and judged by 200+ professionals on six specialized juries. Winners were formally announced at a gala awards banquet held on Nov. 10 in New York City.
