Andrea Adkins Applauded for Client Retention Innovation

Comcast Business named ResultsCX Account Manager Andrea Adkins as a Q4 2022 winner of the OpsBeat Award, which recognizes individuals on the Operations Team who go above and beyond to support their sales partners.

Explaining why they chose Andrea for the OpsBeat award, the Comcast Business Solutions Advisor Program team lauded her for spearheading a new operation to ensure accounts with special circumstances are quickly and accurately renewed. โ€œAndrea helped create the process and gives feedback as to what is working and what needs to be tweaked. It has been a pleasure to work with her on this new process,โ€ Comcast Business said in the award announcement.

Andrea credits her exemplary customer service to two thingsโ€”a passion for her work with ResultsCX clients and her innate curiosity. โ€œTo win an award for doing something I love is very humbling,โ€ she explained. โ€œI enjoy the challenge of learning new processes and techniques, and the ways to implement them into my daily interactions with my customers.โ€

About the ResultsCX-Comcast Relationship

Starting in 2018, the Comcast Business channel program tasked us with client retention, making ResultsCX the default point-of-contact for Comcast Business sales partners when they are ready to renew. This transition helped eliminate channel conflicts over correct commission allotments and where to give credit for renewals. Behind the scenes, our agents adeptly handle renewals at each step, from providing quotes through contract signing and processing. To date, weโ€™ve completed more than 10K contracts with over 1,100 partners for Comcast.
