Recognition honors the ResultsCX Security Operations Team for Continuous Exposure Management and Identity Security Posture Management

NORRISTOWN, Pa., June 2, 2026 – ResultsCX, a provider of Customer Experience Management (CXM) services to leading global companies including Fortune 100 and FTSE 250 companies, has been named a three-time winner in the 2026 Fortress Cybersecurity Awards, including the prestigious title of Overall Winner among organizations. The recognition spans three competitive categories: Continuous Exposure Management, Identity Security Posture Management, and Leadership.

The Fortress Cybersecurity Awards recognize organizations and individuals that demonstrate measurable, real-world impact in protecting against today’s most complex cyber threats. Earning three wins, including the top overall honor, reflects the depth and maturity of ResultsCX’s security program and the caliber of the team behind it.

The wins in Continuous Exposure Management and Identity Security Posture Management reflect the adaptability of the RCX Security Operations Team, which built a unified, intelligence-driven program that tackled exposure and identity risk together, reducing attack surface, strengthening access controls, and delivering sustained improvements across a rapidly growing global organization.

In the last few years, ResultsCX has acquired and expanded globally. The RCX Security Operations Team inherited legacy systems, an expanded attack surface, and the vulnerabilities that accompany both. Rather than rely on periodic assessments, the team rebuilt the company’s security strategy around a mature Continuous Exposure Management (CEM) program — integrating real-time exposure intelligence, next-generation antivirus automation, and disciplined validation testing into a single, tightly orchestrated program. This strategically though process is what made ResultsCX the overall winner.

The Leadership award was presented to Haley Ahrenstorff, Vice President of IT Compliance and Security, in recognition of her exceptional impact to the organization. Under her leadership, ResultsCX orchestrated the security integration of two global acquisitions with zero material security or compliance disruptions, successfully navigated 89 client security assessments with negligible findings, and completed 85 comprehensive vendor risk assessments.
